Avetti Answer is an AI-powered phone receptionist for businesses. It answers incoming calls, greets callers, routes them to the right staff member, takes voicemails, and books appointments on the business's calendar.
Avetti Answer connects to Google Calendar so the AI receptionist can offer available appointment times to callers and book meetings on behalf of the business. With the business's permission, the app reads calendar availability to find open times and creates calendar events when a caller books an appointment. The app accesses only the calendars the business chooses to connect, and calendar data is used solely to provide the scheduling features of Avetti Answer.
Avetti Answer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
